Fast Delivery

When you order any of our cigar humidors or accessories online before 4 PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday it is fast-tracked to ship that same day (excluding very few products). Orders placed for items that require freight service may be an exclusion to this rule. Same day shipping is for shipping within the United States only and does not apply to orders outside of the intercontinental United States. Engraving or personalization of any product we carry will NOT delay your order. Please note that the same day shipping is an estimate not a guarantee. We will make every effort to follow through our promise, and you will receive notice via email or by phone if there is any delay with your order.

Business shipping days are Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday after 3 PM or over the weekend your cigar humidor and/or accessory will ship on Monday. We do NOT have UPS Saturday Delivery shipping. If you need your package delivered on a Saturday please call 877-31CIGAR. Products will NOT be shipped during Premium Humidors Holidays.

Order Tracking

A UPS tracking number (or USPS, or Freight, dependent on the cigar humidor or accessory ordered) and customer invoice is provided via email for all orders placed online. Click anytime, day or night, to track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours.

Security

Placing your order online is the best way to ensure your personal information is protected. The Premium Humidors Online Store uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology  to encrypt payment data. When you place your order online, it is processed directly through either our Credit Card payment system, PayPal or Google Checkout (dependent on your choice of payment) so no one will have access to your account information.
